Behold....a custom-ish kitchen.

We were rounding the corner of the design phase after months of careful planning of a full custom kitchen for these darling clients. No detail was left undiscussed. Fixtures and finishes chosen. Every cupboard, every drawer, every pullout....planned and ready to be executed. This was March 2020.

The world shut down and in the uncertainty, the project was paused until now, 2023.

In the meantime, priorities and budgets were re-evaluated but we were able to take that design, those drawings and plans, that exquisite planning and parlay it into a combination of stock cabinets (well made and well priced) and custom details (reeded oak insets, floating wood shelves, shiplap range hood and a cozy window seat. The heart and intention, the function and the beauty all remained intact. The price tag though....dropped significantly.

Budget always determines scope. It informs how we plan and where we source products, fixtures and finishes. That being said, we are able to design, come up with creative solutions and deliver delight and beauty at every budget. This kitchen is proof!

The result? A beautifully designed kitchen that looks every bit custom.
